Stockton-on-Tees based CPD Bodies has continued its support for The Teesside Family Foundation by helping provide Christmas gifts for children across the region, ensuring more families can look forward to a brighter and more joyful festive season.

On Tuesday, managing director Cathal Doocey, and members of the CPD Bodies team visited the B&M Superstore at Middlehaven to select and collect a large range of toys and presents for the Teesside Family Foundation’s annual Christmas Toy Appeal.

The items were transported back to the Foundation’s Cannon Park headquarters in the CPD’s Luton and panel vans, with loading and logistics support from colleagues from across CPD.

This contribution builds on CPD Bodies’ ongoing support for The Teesside Family Foundation and its work helping families facing difficult circumstances, particularly at this time of year.

Tony Wedlake, Founder and Trustee of the Teesside Family Foundation stated: “The Teesside Family Foundation would like to express our heartfelt thanks to CPD Bodies Ltd and Cathal Doocey for their incredible generosity in donating toys to our Christmas Toy Appeal.

“This remarkable support will help us bring joy to hundreds of children across Teesside who might otherwise wake up to very little on Christmas morning.

“We are truly grateful for partners like CPD Bodies Ltd whose kindness and community spirit make a real and lasting difference to local families in need.”

Cathal Doocey, managing director, who founded the business in 2008, responded: “We’ve supported The Teesside Family Foundation for a couple of years now, and each time we’re reminded of just how many families in Teesside are facing challenges most of us don’t see.

“If we can play a small part in making Christmas feel a bit more special for local children, then it’s something we’re proud to do.

“I’m very grateful to the CPD team who came along to help. Their involvement is what makes contributions like this possible.”
